This badge is opt-in- creators choose to guarantee their resource. If the resource doesn't meet the commitment, teachers can send a support request within 72 hours and may receive site credit when appropriate.

Earned when at least 3 verified teachers complete an anonymous quality survey and 80%+ rate the product positively (average ≥ 4/5 stars).
Surveys are sent 72 hours after purchase to ensure teachers have had time to use the resource. Only verified purchasers can complete surveys, and all responses are anonymous.

Quality Guarantee Program

When you see the Quality Guaranteed badge on a product, the creator promises that the listing is accurate, the files work, and the materials described are included.
If the resource doesn't meet that commitment, you can send a support request within 72 hours of purchase and may receive a full site credit when appropriate.
How support works:
- You send a support request describing what seems off
- The creator has 48 hours to respond and resolve your concern
- If more help is needed, Teach Pair Share reviews the request
- If the 72-hour window passes with no resolution, you automatically receive site credit
Adding a Quality Guarantee shows teachers that your resource is clear, complete, and ready to use.
By enabling the guarantee, you commit to:
- ✓Accurate Previews — Preview accurately represents the actual product content, difficulty level, and format.
- ✓Complete & Correct Content — All questions are answerable, answer keys are complete and error-free, and rubrics match prompts.
- ✓Functional Files — All files open correctly in the stated formats with no corrupt, locked, or missing files.
- ✓Content Matches Description — Product delivers what the listing title, description, and metadata promise.
- ✓Proper Licensing — All third-party assets (fonts, clipart, images) are properly licensed with no undisclosed restrictions.
- ✓Responsive Support — Creator responds to buyer questions or issues within 48 hours on business days.
If a support request is resolved in the teacher's favor, the teacher receives site credit, your earnings from that sale are reversed, and the Quality Guarantee badge is removed from that resource. You must also re-acknowledge the guarantee terms for all remaining guaranteed resources.
To keep the badge active, you must log in at least once every 30 days.
