From sign-up to first sale — here's how it works.
The application takes about 10 minutes. If approved, follow guided onboarding for store setup and payouts, then create one listing or bring over existing listings with a CSV.
Apply to join
Create a free account and submit a quick application. Tell us about your teaching background and the kinds of resources you create. We review every application personally — usually within a few days.
Set up your store
Once approved, name your store, add a bio, and upload a profile image. Your store is your public-facing brand on the platform. It's where teachers discover who you are and what you offer.
Connect your payout method
Through Stripe Connect, link your bank account so you can receive earnings. The process is quick, secure, and handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your banking details.
Create one listing or bring over existing details
Start a listing from scratch, or upload a CSV, match its columns, and review valid rows as editable drafts. Either way, add each resource file and preview, check the details, and submit the listing for review when it is ready.
Quality review
During our launch period, every resource gets a quick human review for clarity and completeness. We provide constructive feedback - this is support, not gatekeeping.
Start earning
Once published, your resources are discoverable by teachers across the platform. Our commission is 8% (5% for founding creators), and Stripe processing is passed through at cost. On a $5.00 sale, you take home $4.15. Plus, you earn Pair Credit whenever you help others discover great materials.

Keep your current store and bring your listing details to Teach Pair Share without starting over. Upload a CSV, match your columns, and review the results as editable drafts. Add each resource file and preview, check the details, and submit each listing for review when you're ready.

Start with a CSV
Export or prepare a CSV with listing details such as title, description, price, subject, grade levels, resource types, tags, and standards.
Step 2
Match your columns
Choose which Teach Pair Share field each CSV column belongs to so your existing details land in the right place.
Step 3
Review row feedback
Review the import preview. If a row needs attention, fix it in your CSV and upload the file again, then create drafts from the valid rows.
Step 4
Complete and submit each draft
Add the resource file and preview, check the listing details, and submit each draft for review when it is ready.

Two ways to earn.
On every sale, you keep the sale price minus our 8% commission and Stripe processing. On a $5.00 resource, that's $4.15 in your pocket. Share links can earn Pair Credit when another teacher buys another creator's resource through your connection. Helpful listings found through search can also earn Pair Credit when they bring a teacher to the marketplace and lead to another creator's sale.

Processing rates shown are for typical US card payments (2.9% + $0.30). Rates vary by payment method and buyer location. Pair Credit is funded from the platform's commission and never affects creator earnings.
